The High School Class at the Warralong campus has won a Statewide competition to write and illustrate a Big Book!
The Book titled ‘Danny’s WA Water Source Adventure’ tells the story of Danny, who discovers where all the fresh drinking water in WA comes from. The book has been published by the WA Water Corporation and will be used across the state in Water Education Programs.
The students wrote the story as a class after lessons about the water cycle and investigating the three different types of water sources in WA. Each student then chose which page of the book they wanted to illustrate.
